Thank you for your interest in partnering with Legacy Prep Christian Microschool to prepare your child to thrive academically, spiritually, and socially. Within our small class sizes, where every student is known and valued, we offer a personalized learning experience designed to help students discover their passions, develop their God-given talents, and reach their full potential. At Legacy Prep, your child will receive a rich, Christ-centered education that equips them to make an impact in the world for His glory.
What We Look For in Our Students
At Legacy Prep, we seek to partner with Christian families to nurture the next generation of leaders and innovators. Admission is a competitive process, and not all families who apply may be admitted. A successful Legacy Prep student typically:
- Excels Academically: Demonstrates strong academic performance at or above grade level.
- Exhibits Christian Character: Models respect, integrity, and kindness in interactions with adults and peers.
- Is Well-Rounded: Participates in co-curricular activities, such as sports, music, arts, STEM, or community service.
- Age Requirements:
- Kindergarten students must be 5 years old by September 1.
- Students entering grades 1-12 are placed based on prior academic records and age-appropriate readiness.
Our Two-Phase Application Process
We’ve streamlined our admissions process to ensure we learn about your child and family while making the experience as smooth as possible.
Phase 1: Application
1. Complete the Online Application: Submit your application and upon
acceptance you will be billed a $50 application fee
2. Submit Required Documents: You’ll receive a checklist with the necessary forms once your application is processed.
3. Financial Assistance: Families who need financial support can complete a Financial Aid Application.
4. Schedule Academic Testing: Students applying for grades 3 and above may participate in a Curiosity Day to experience our vibrant learning environment.
Phase 2: Family Interview
1. Schedule a Family Interview: This allows us to learn more about your
family’s values and your child’s learning needs.
2. Admission Decision: After completing Phase 2, you will be notified of our decision.

At Legacy Prep, we believe every student deserves access to quality education. That’s why we proudly accept ESA scholarships through Step Up for Students (SUFS) and encourage all eligible families to apply.
